*Hopefully you are careful at your gigs and take all the necessary precautions to prevent accidents. As many of our members have found though, it doesn't matter how careful you are, incidents can and do happen. Even if it's not your fault, a claim can be made against you and this needs to be legally defended. Without PLI the cost of this would have to be met by the DJ.

"I receive dozens of calls and emails asking me to become a member of this website or that directory, and the vast majority of them give you no business at all.
How refreshing it was to find that your site sent me a customer (now a confirmed booking) a few weeks after joining.
I only bothered joining for the PLI and didn't really expect anything else.
It just goes to show that there are people out there who are actually interested in the DJs/Discos, and not just the selling of their wares.
